Frequently Asked Questions

Who can use the clinic?

The Achieve Clinic is available to employees and their family members. Eligibility may depend if you are on your employer’s insurance plan. Please call the clinic or reference your individual company-provided materials for questions regarding your, or your family member's, eligibility.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be made by calling the clinic at 715-227-4700. After-hours appointment requests can be made by leaving a voicemail or emailing AchieveCF@AchieveHealthNow.com.

The clinic does not provide emergency medical services. If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911.

How much will it cost to use the clinic?

All appointments and services are either no-cost or low-cost for eligible clinic patients. For questions about your employer’s plan, or to check on specific costs of services, please feel free to contact the clinic.

If your appointment requires a co-pay, payment is expected at the time of service. Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and HSA.

Can I still see my doctor?

You can continue to see your primary doctor. The clinic doesn’t reduce any of your healthcare choices. It is meant to give you a more convenient and cost-effective healthcare option.

Can I have labs drawn at the clinic that were ordered by a different provider?

Yes, you can utilize the clinic to complete lab work ordered by a different provider. Completing labs at the clinic can provide significant savings compared to community providers. Ask your provider to fax your lab order to 715-227-4701, set up an appointment for a lab draw, and your results can be sent directly to your provider.

If you have any questions about specific labs that can be completed at the clinic, please feel free to call.

Can I get my prescriptions filled at the clinic?

Some acute medications are available at the clinic at low cost or no cost.

The nurse practitioner can write prescriptions to be filled at a pharmacy of your choice or, if applicable, your company’s insurance mail-order program. Please call the clinic or reference your individual company-provided materials for questions regarding your, or your family member’s, prescription benefits.

No narcotics/controlled substances will be stocked at the clinic.

Is my health information kept confidential?

Individual personal health and medical information is strictly confidential, and it will be kept in confidence in accordance with HIPAA Guidelines.

Personal health information obtained by Achieve Health will not be shared with your employer. Medical care and other health-related services are delivered by Achieve Health’s trained, certified professionals.

What if I need a service or have a condition that is not treated in the clinic?

You would then use your medical plan and seek care within the network. The staff can help direct you to the right resources for your specific needs. If a condition is found at the clinic, you will be referred to a doctor who can provide further care for it.

Note: Should the clinic provide a referral to any other provider, those services, if you choose to utilize them, would be subject to that provider’s charges according to the terms and status of your health insurance plan.

Care Team

Tracy Adkins, Nurse Practitioner

Photo of Tracy AdkinsI began my career as a nursing assistant in trauma and surgery, followed by six years in cardiac critical care at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester. Having always wanted to pursue a nurse practitioner degree, I completed my graduate program at the University of Minnesota in 2000. Since then, I have worked across a variety of specialties, including primary care, women’s health, endocrinology, hormone replacement, medical weight loss, and infusion medicine. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my five daughters, running, yoga, cooking, and traveling.

Jacky Peissig, Nurse Practitioner

Photo of Jacky PeissigI am originally from Menomonie, Wisconsin. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Winona State University and completed my Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program at Concordia University Wisconsin. I have clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, inpatient medical-surgical, and multiple intensive care units. I believe in a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on treating the whole person and supporting the well-being of the entire family. Building strong relationships with patients and helping them achieve their health goals is at the heart of my practice.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active outdoors year-round. In the summer, I love being around the water; in the winter, I enjoy cross-country skiing; and in the spring, I take part in maple sapping. I also make it a priority to walk outside with my small family almost every day, no matter what season. I am passionate about lifelong learning and value opportunities to continue growing both personally and professionally.

As a family, we enjoy spending time outdoors—whether it's gardening, raising chickens and pigs, biking, going for walks, fishing, or hunting.

Throughout my career, I have found it deeply rewarding to work collaboratively with patients to identify and achieve their health goals. Whether helping patients maintain health, prevent illness, or recover from acute conditions, I am committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. I take pride in developing meaningful relationships with my patients, empowering them to prioritize their health and well-being.
