The clinic does not provide emergency medical services. If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911.
How much will it cost to use the clinic?

Note: Should the clinic provide a referral to any other provider, those services, if you choose to utilize them, would be subject to that provider’s charges according to the terms and status of your health insurance plan.
Can I still see my doctor?
You can continue to see your primary doctor. The clinic doesn’t reduce any of your healthcare choices. It is meant to give you a more convenient and cost-effective healthcare option.
Can I have labs drawn at the clinic that were ordered by a different provider?
Yes, you can utilize the clinic to complete lab work ordered by a different provider. Completing labs at the clinic can provide significant savings compared to community providers. Care Team
Jacky Peissig, Nurse Practitioner
I am originally from Menomonie, Wisconsin. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Winona State University and completed my Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program at Concordia University Wisconsin. I have clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, inpatient medical-surgical, and multiple intensive care units. I believe in a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on treating the whole person and supporting the well-being of the entire family. Building strong relationships with patients and helping them achieve their health goals is at the heart of my practice.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active outdoors year-round. In the summer, I love being around the water; in the winter, I enjoy cross-country skiing; and in the spring, I take part in maple sapping. I also make it a priority to walk outside with my small family almost every day, no matter what season. I am passionate about lifelong learning and value opportunities to continue growing both personally and professionally.
Becky Gruber, Nurse Practitioner
I started my nursing career as a registered nurse. Much of my RN career was in long-term care, primarily in management, as well as in acute care, with time spent working in the ICU, pediatrics, and neurology. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I taught at CVTC in the nursing assistant and RN programs. I have been an NP for over a decade, working primarily in urgent care, family practice clinics, occupational medicine, college/student health, and behavioral health. I especially enjoy working with children (from infants to teens) and women, including family planning, health promotion, and mental health. My most recent focus has been on mental health and addiction medicine.
I am a strong believer that everyone deserves quality healthcare. My goal as a provider is to establish good relationships with my patients so they feel heard and understood and know they always have an advocate in their healthcare journey. As a provider, I believe the patient is, and should always be, the center of care and the director of it. My role is to provide information and guidance so that patients can make informed decisions.
Outside of work, I love animals, and I have horses, ducks, chickens, dogs, and cats. I enjoy attending concerts with my husband and children, sporting events of any kind, and spending time outdoors, boating, camping, fishing, and swimming.
Tracy Adkins, Nurse Practitioner
I began my career as a nursing assistant in trauma and surgery, followed by six years in cardiac critical care at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester. Having always wanted to pursue a nurse practitioner degree, I completed my graduate program at the University of Minnesota in 2000. Since then, I have worked across a variety of specialties, including primary care, women's health, endocrinology, hormone replacement, medical weight loss, and infusion medicine. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my five daughters, running, yoga, cooking, and traveling.

Lisa Kircher, Receptionist
I began my healthcare career in 2001 as a phlebotomist, later becoming an anesthesia technician. I went on to attend nursing school at Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Throughout my career, I gained experience in a wide range of specialties, including the operating room, cancer center, hospice care, cardiology, and ultimately found my favorite role in primary care. Shifting from clinical to administrative work, I am learning a new side of healthcare, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, the outdoors, gardening, fishing, hunting, kayaking, camping, and attending several music festivals, my favorite being bluegrass. When not outdoors, I value spending quality time with my five children, son-in-law, two grandchildren, and many close friends. I also enjoy giving back to my community and thrive in high-quality patient care. I am ecstatic to be a part of Achieve Health, where I can continue to develop long-lasting friendships, helping others in developing their health care and wellbeing.
