Achieve Health is seeking exceptional family practice providers to work in our employer dedicated primary care clinics.
The clinics features a unique care model that is not productivity-driven and allows our providers themselves to dictate how much time they wish to spend with each patient. There is no/low cost to the clinic patients and there is no insurance involved. Our providers enjoy a practice environment that allows them to provide uncompromised quality care to their patients without excessive extra hours or take-home work, allowing them to achieve a sustainable work-life-family balance.
