Location: Alexandria (casual), Princeton, MN (casual) Chippewa Falls, (casual) and Eau Claire, WI (part-time)

Achieve Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT), or similarly credentialed medical professional to provide dedicated primary care for employees and family members in a private, near-site clinic setting. These positions will allow you to develop medical relationships with employees and their families, see patients (children through working adults), perform lab draws, administer vaccinations, take vitals, and perform other medical tasks as delegated by the primary provider. This opportunity allows for Monday-Friday, no holidays, no weekends, and no on-call.
