Achieve Health is seeking exceptional family practice providers to work in Alexandria, Minnesota.

The Alexandria Industries Family Health & Wellness Clinic (operated by Achieve Health) exclusively serves the more-than-650 employees and family members of Alexandria Industries.

The clinic is seeking full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (30-34 hours) to complement our current clinic team.

The clinic features a unique care model that is not productivity-driven and allows our providers themselves to dictate how much time they wish to spend with each patient. There is no cost to the clinic patients and there is no insurance involved. Our providers enjoy a practice environment that allows them to provide uncompromised quality care to their patients without excessive extra hours or take-home work, allowing them to achieve a sustainable work-life-family balance.

The clinic offers a 4 day work week, no holidays, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.
